06 Edit with AI – AI-Powered Services

AI Processing

When you submit an image, design file or text prompt through Edit with AI, relevant content may be transmitted to OpenAI through our application server for processing.

The AI service processes the submitted information to provide the requested output.

User Responsibilities

• Upload only images and content that you have permission to use.
• Do not upload confidential documents, passwords or financial information.
• Do not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not use AI tools to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful content.
• Review AI-generated outputs before using or publishing them.

AI-Generated Results

AI-generated or AI-edited results may contain errors, inaccuracies, visual differences or unexpected changes. We do not guarantee that every generated result will match the user's original instructions exactly.

Third-Party AI Provider

AI processing is subject to OpenAI's applicable API terms and data policies.

OpenAI API inputs and outputs are not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default, unless the API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing.

Service Availability

AI services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical errors, API limitations, processing restrictions or third-party service outages.

07 AI Credits and Usage

Some Edit with AI operations may require credits or paid usage units.

• Credit prices and packages are displayed before purchase.
• Applicable credit consumption is displayed or communicated through the service.
• Credits are intended for use within the supported AI features.
• Credits may be deducted when an eligible processing request is submitted, according to the displayed usage rules.
• Available balances and transaction records may be maintained in your account.

Credit expiry, transferability and refund eligibility, if applicable, will be governed by the relevant package details and published refund policy.

We may introduce, modify or discontinue AI credit packages and usage limits with appropriate notice where required.

08 Pricing and Payments

Product and service prices are displayed on the relevant website pages and are payable according to the checkout instructions.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

• Orders are subject to successful payment confirmation.
