Refund & Returns Policy

01 General Policy

Free Hindi Design offers digital design resources, downloadable templates, AI-based editing services and custom design services. Since many of our products are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the product type, delivery status, usage status and the circumstances of the request.

02 Digital Products & Downloads

Our digital products may include editable CDR files, PSD files, PNG images, templates, graphics, typography assets and other downloadable design resources.

Because digital products can be copied or accessed immediately after delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been completed or the digital file has been accessed.

However, a refund or suitable resolution may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The purchased file is missing or was not delivered.
• The download link is not working and the issue cannot be resolved.
• The delivered file is corrupted or technically unusable.
• The delivered product is materially different from the product purchased.
• A duplicate payment for the same order has been confirmed.

03 Editable CDR & PSD Templates

Editable design files are provided in the formats mentioned on the respective product page. Customers should check the listed file format, software compatibility and product description before placing an order.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Change of mind after downloading or accessing the file.
• Incorrect software version or unsupported software.
• Customer's inability to edit or operate the file.
• Personal preference regarding colours, fonts or design style.
• Issues caused by third-party software or the customer's device.

If a purchased file is defective or does not match its description, please contact us with the order details and relevant screenshots.

04 AI Credits & Edit with AI

Free Hindi Design provides AI-assisted editing features through its Edit with AI workspace. Certain features require purchased AI credits.

• All AI credit purchases are non-refundable.
• Unused AI credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Purchased AI credits cannot be transferred to another account.
• Successfully consumed or used AI credits are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for checking the required credit quantity before purchasing.

If credits are deducted due to a verified technical error or an incomplete operation, customers may contact our support team for investigation and possible credit adjustment.

05 Custom Design Services

Free Hindi Design provides custom graphic design services according to the requirements and instructions provided by customers.

Payment Terms

Before starting any custom design work, customers must make either 100% advance payment or a minimum 50% advance payment of the total agreed project amount.

• Work will begin only after the required advance payment is received.
• The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid as agreed before final delivery.
• Customers must provide the required text, images, information and design instructions for the project.

Refund Policy for Custom Designs

All payments made for custom design services are non-refundable. Once a custom design order is confirmed and payment is received, no refund or cancellation refund will be provided, including when the design work has already started.

Design Corrections & Revisions

Each custom design order includes up to 3 rounds of corrections based on the original approved requirements.

• Customers can request up to 3 rounds of corrections without additional correction charges.
• Corrections should remain within the original agreed design requirements.
• Any additional corrections beyond the included 3 rounds will be charged separately.
• Extra charges will depend on the amount of work, complexity and time required.
• Major changes in the original concept, layout or requirements may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

06 Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us regarding an order cancellation request. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

• Digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
• AI credit purchases are non-refundable, including unused credits.
• Custom design payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and payment is received.
• Any cancellation request will be handled according to the applicable product or service policy.

07 Payment Failure & Duplicate Transactions

If an amount is deducted from your bank account or payment method but the order is not successfully created, please contact us with your payment details.

If the same order is charged more than once, the duplicate transaction will be checked against our payment records. Confirmed duplicate payments may be eligible for a refund.

08 Razorpay Payments & Refund Processing

Payments on our website may be processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated through the original payment method or the applicable payment provider's refund process.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

Free Hindi Design cannot guarantee the exact date on which the bank or payment provider will credit the refunded amount.

09 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a payment or delivery issue, please contact us using the email address provided below.

Please include the following information:

• Your full name and registered email address.
• Order ID or transaction reference number.
• Product or service purchased.
• Date and amount of payment.
• Reason for requesting a refund.
• Relevant screenshots or error details, if applicable.

10 Refund Review & Decision

Each refund request is reviewed individually. We may verify order records, payment status, download activity, credit usage, delivery records and technical information before making a decision.

We may contact the customer if additional information is required to investigate the request.

If a refund is approved, we will communicate the applicable refund process and available transaction details.

11 Replacement & Technical Support

Where a purchased digital file has a verified technical problem, we may provide a corrected file, replacement download link or other suitable resolution where possible.

Customers should contact us with the order ID and a clear description of the issue.

12 Non-Refundable Situations

Subject to applicable consumer rights and legal requirements, refunds will generally not be available in the following cases:

• Change of mind after successful digital product delivery or download.
• Unused, remaining or expired AI credits.
• Successfully consumed AI credits.
• Custom design orders after payment confirmation.
• Custom design work that has started or been completed.
• Cancellation of a confirmed custom design order.
• Customer dissatisfaction based only on personal design preferences after the agreed correction opportunities have been provided.
• Additional changes or corrections beyond the 3 included correction rounds, where extra charges have been communicated.
• Customer-provided incorrect information, text, images or specifications.
• Problems arising from unsupported software or customer devices.

13 Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

Where a refund, replacement or other remedy is legally required, this policy will be applied subject to those legal requirements.

14 Changes to This Policy

Free Hindi Design reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy when necessary.

Any updated version will be published on this page with its revised date. Customers are encouraged to review this policy before making a purchase.
