Refund and Returns Policy

We can’t return product, because we sell only digital product. We can’t deliver any physical product.

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Free Hindi Design will instantly initiate the

refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 7 working days.

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the

Payment has been made.

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is

processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.However return is possible for all

orders/products.

Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s

have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return is possible for all

orders/products.

Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable for orders that are canceled before shipment.
- For faulty or damaged products, customers must report the issue within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 4-5 banking days after approval.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
